KAEC Launches “Golf” District Land Plots and Villas At “Al-Murooj” Coast Community

In continuation of the development of King Abdullah Economic City and in response to the growing demand on real estate and residential lands, KAEC has announced the launch of the “Golf” district land plots and villas at “Al-Murooj” coastal community. The sales launch will begin today, Wednesday, June 5th and will continue through Thursday, June 6th, from 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.. The event is being held at the Le Meridien Hotel on Madinah Road in Jeddah.

As a premier community, “Al-Murooj” is one of the most exclusive areas within King Abdullah Economic City that spreads over 4.6 million sqm along the shore of the Red Sea, and is a place where people can relax and enjoy life in a beautiful, fully serviced environment. “Al Murooj” offers a range of different investment opportunities for discerning purchasers.

The “Golf” district within the “Al-Murooj” is strategically located at the heart of KAEC.
