KAEC maximizes its resources to complete “Al-Waha” district residential units
In perfect sync with its motto “Moving Forward”, King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) is rallying all its capabilities and workforce to complete the construction of its real estate projects in accordance with all relevant standards and specifications to meet the ever growing demand for residential property.
Among the most prominent and distinctive projects from the KAEC stable is “Al-Waha” district – a state-of-the-art property that offers residents a refreshing new approach to urban living. The project represents an architectural landmark, or, as described by Mr. Fahd Al-Rasheed, Group CEO and Managing Director of KAEC: “Al-Waha community marks a new phase of residential development as we are continuously looking to offer families and investors a wide range of housing solutions and an enriching lifestyle in KAEC.”
“Al-Waha” district has won the admiration of several leading urban solutions and real estate development experts, and was chosen as “Best Residential Community” at the last edition of the Cityscape Global exhibition. Work is now proceeding apace on the project to deliver the units to customers before the agreed handover date – scheduled for end of 2015.
The allure of Al Waha community, which extends over an area of 560,000 square meters, stems from the unique designs of its residential units – which include apartments, paired homes, townhouses and villas, all with varied features that combine Spanish, Moroccan, Italian and Arabian designs. The project is developed to provide an exclusive residential environment that fulfills the requirements for a modern urban lifestyle while maintaining its appeal as a peaceful, family-friendly community.
“Al-Waha” will feature exciting community amenities including landscaped parks and walking trails plus a community center with a resident’s clubhouse, swimming pools and children’s play areas. Residents in Al-Waha will also benefit from a variety of waterfront dining options, retail shops, health clinic and mosques as well as the “World Academy”-the first world-class school in the city.
